TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy
If you can no longer attend an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
In the event that you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice of your appointed time we will require payment of 50% of the service fee to be paid.
If you do not attend your appointment without giving prior notice you will be charged 100% of the service booked.
Complaints Policy
If a client is unhappy with the service they have received, we ask them to contact us within 24 hours of the service to discuss the complaint.
